If you are not 100% satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact our customer service department. Our representative will document your concern and create a ticket for your reference.

  • 100% free expedited shipping on any orders lost in transit

  • Due to the nature of the lamp shades, discrepancies in fabric color will not be accepted as defective when requesting a return authorization.

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

1. To initiate a return, please email us at returns@royalLAMPSHADES.com with your order # and reason for return to receive an RMA# prior to shipping back the item(s).    You must have a valid authorized RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization)

2. Return items will only be accepted within 30 days in the original box with all packaging to ensure safe return for full credit (less shipping). *Shades MUST be returned in original wrapping. 

3. To ship back an item, you can either:

  • Use FedEx/UPS or other insured shipping service.

  • As a courtesy, we can arrange a Call Tag via FedEx only to pick up your return, however, we DO NOT PAY for this service. This an additional fee and will be deducted from your refund. 

4. Returns are only accepted at our approved return processing address, you will receive further information about this upon receiving a RMA.

 RETURN POLICIES:

- Send a return request to customerservice@royallampshades.com all return authorizations are handled through email, no verbal returns will be authorized under any circumstances. 

- The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges and shipping from the original order will be deducted from the refunded amount.

RoyalLAMPSHADES.COM is not responsible for any additional charges for products or services offered by the shipping provider.

- If items are not returned in original wrapping and original packaging; your order may be subject to an additional 10% restocking fee.

- Any merchandise that is returned without an authorization may be subject to a 10% fee.

- Returned products may be damaged during the return shipping process. It is highly recommended to insure your return shipment. Otherwise any damaged item may be subject to a 10% fee.

- If you are returning an item and you received FREE SHIPPING on your initial order, the actual/incurred shipping cost according to your shipping address will be deducted from your credit refund.

- Our FREE SHIPPING promotion is a courtesy and the applicable charge will be deducted when the credit is processed. 

- Authorized returns will only be accepted within 30 days of your carrier-reported order arrival.

- Please make sure you are ordering the correct shade style and size before ordering.-

- All custom lamp shades are not returnable.

- Holiday Returns: Orders placed between Nov 10-Dec 25 can be returned through Jan 10.
